Our journey begins!

Learning the camera
Tim and I have started shooting our documentary film on Abdu'l-Baha's 1912 travels in the U.S. and Canada. We are not doing re-enactments but trying to give a sense of the time with people in period costumes--and shooting historic buildings visited by Abdu'l-Baha, son of the Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith. So far we've just gone to Colorado. Two film students from the Art Institute of Dallas joined us for our first stint--Calvin Runji and Carlos Garcia. Enjoy these glimpses of the first few locations!

Loving the camera

Film students Carlos & Calvin join us in Durango, CO
We are joined by some local Baha'is at the Palace Restaurant

Amazingly, we meet a couple on the tracks
who live on Eden Isle and knew Anne's grandparents
